Shipping & Returns

Managing returns is very simple; we'll take care of everything.

Simply email us at contacto@maisonhotelboutique.com with the following information:

• 1st) Order number
• 2nd) Reason for exchange/return
• 3rd) Pickup address
• 4th) Contact number for pickup
• 5th) Time slot for pickup (minimum 2-hour window)

We will arrange the pickup with the agency and confirm the pickup code by replying to your email. The return period is 30 days after your purchase.

Return Cost:

Returning our products is free; you will only need to pay the shipping cost of €4.95 for mainland Spain / €6.95 for the Balearic Islands / €14.95 for the rest of EUROPE / €35 for Ceuta – Melilla – Canary Islands / which we will deduct once we issue your refund.

If you prefer, you can send the package to our facilities; just indicate this in your message.

* If the product has a manufacturing defect, is on sale, or was delivered in poor condition, no shipping cost will be deducted, and it will be covered by the brand.

*Only products of the same value can be exchanged. If they are not of the same value, it will be handled as a return.

The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. Same packaging, wrapping, unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Otherwise, Maison Hote Boutique reserves the right to deduct any type of expense for a defective product.
